The Youth Care Platform has been set up by the Flemish Ministry for Youth Welfare. This association gathers care providers and their umbrella organizations with those national, regional and local authorities with legal responsbilities for the youth care sector in EU Member States.

The Youth Care Platform is the advisory board of the A Way Home Project.
