Network-oriented working with cards and target formulation

By means of theme-oriented conversations, supported by theme-cards, to get sight on the situation of the youngster and their goals. Theme-cards contain the following subjects: general, family, daytime activities, friendship, leisure time, relations and sexuality, administration, communication, household, health, finances.
The themes are accompanied with subjects, these have to be divided in three columns: ‘this is good the way it is’, ‘this has to change’, and ‘I worry about’.

Movin' on group program manual 

The main objective of this program is to give youth the opportunity to express and explore the difficult feelings associated with their transition from placement in substitute care to independent living. In essence, this program aims to help youth become aware of the impact that their emotional state may have on their transition towards independence. This program also encourages the development of mutual support as a way to help youth cope with the difficult transition process.

CBAW
